The ZEIGE 300 is a compact single-shaft shredder designed for businesses requiring a reliable pre-shredding machine with limited shop floor space. It features high throughput, user-friendly operation, and an extended warranty period. The machine is available in several configurations—we select the appropriate blade size and motor rating based on specific customer needs.
Operation is fully automated via an auto-reverse function, while motor start-up is managed by a star-delta starter, minimizing inrush currents and extending drive train service life. Control is handled by our proprietary smart system based on a Siemens LOGO controller.
Blades are manufactured from Hardox 500 steel, precision-ground, and feature multiple cutting edges to ensure extended service life and customizable configuration for specific processed materials.
