The ZEIGE 500 is an industrial twin-shaft shredder designed for businesses requiring a proven, compact pre-shredding unit. Its heavy-duty design and engineered blade geometry enable it to process a broad range of materials while maintaining a compact footprint and seamless integration into existing production lines.
At the heart of the machine are two low-speed shafts equipped with 26 precision-ground Hardox 500 steel blades, specially engineered for cold cutting and shredding. The low rotational speed combined with high torque effectively shreds tough materials without jamming the cutting unit.
The operation is monitored by a proprietary control system based on a Siemens PLC (or equivalent), which automatically responds to overloads, prevents shaft blockage, and delivers consistent throughput.
