ZEIGE 800 Shredder

The ZEIGE 800 is an industrial twin-shaft shredder engineered for operation under the most demanding production conditions. It was designed specifically for recycling facilities, waste management plants, and manufacturing enterprises requiring a machine that operates reliably shift after shift, year after year.

ZEIGE shredders are utilized to reduce spatial volume and cut disposal and transport costs, or to serve as a primary pre-shredder for downstream recycling processes.
At the core of the unit are two low-speed shafts equipped with dozens of blades (configured according to the specific model version and processed material). The blades are manufactured from Hardox 500 steel—a material specified where maximum abrasion and impact resistance are required. The low rotational speed combined with high torque enables the shredding of hard and non-homogeneous materials without jamming the cutting unit.

The entire process is governed by a proprietary control system based on a Siemens PLC, which automatically responds to overloads, prevents shaft blockage, and delivers consistent throughput of up to 300 kg per hour.
